What is the power emitted by the Scarecrow?

Scarecrow emits up to 1,092 j/m2 of energy. Check out our technology page to find out more, and why this energy is so important.


Is the Scarecrow safe?

Yes, Scarecrow is 100% safe for use around people. The UV-C radiation is hidden behind two outer casings of steel and aluminium, as well as a polarised screen on the front. All disinfection takes place inside the device.

How often do I change the filters?

We would recommend changing both the carbon and HEPA filters once every 6 months. However, this can vary dependent on the environment. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us and we can give you more information.


How long do the UV bulbs last?

The UV bulbs have a duration of 9,000 hours. We recommend a bulb change once a year, which we can provide as part of our service package. Find out more.


How do I know which machine to choose for my space?

Can I check how much ozone is in the room during the cycle?

Yes, by using the app. Simply connect to the Toto to see the cycle length and ozone levels. These numbers will disappear during the destruct part of the cycle and clear by the time the cycle ends.

Where can I use Toto?

In an indoor area that is in need of sanitisation, deodorisation of even as part of a deep clean. The Toto can also work to clean objects before or after regular cleaning.

Can I be in the room when Toto is on?

No, it is important that there are no people in the room when the Toto is in operation. All windows and doors should be shut until the cycle has finished, and we would suggest displaying a sign that tells people not to enter.

How do I use Toto?

By referring to the manual, choose your programme depending on the room size. Select your programme and leave the room until the cycle has finished.

Can I check how much ozone is in the room during the cycle?

Yes, using the app. Connect to the Lion and you can see the length of the cycle and the levels of ozone. These will disappear during the destruct cycle and clear by the end of the cycle duration.

How long is the warranty?

Jet3 comes with a standard 1-year manufacturer’s warranty and replacement parts are always available, however it is built with durability in mind.

How do I know which brushes to use?

We will help make the recommendation, but you can also see online which brushes and pads can be used for which type of flooring.

Can I purchase spare or replacement batteries?

Yes, the Jet3 batteries do not use Lithium Ion, so are much cheaper to replace than other cleaning machine batteries.

How will I know when my machine is fully charged?

When charging the machine, the red light will show. When the battery is fully charged the light will show green. A full charge from flat will take approximately 8 hours.

How long does the battery last?

The battery lasts for up to 4 hours, dependent on usage and job.

How often do I use MotorScrubber?

MotorScrubber is there to do the deep cleaning jobs in areas that are most tough to reach. Use MotorScrubber on a weekly basis to bring your floor and surfaces back to health.

Where can MotorScrubber be used?

MotorScrubber can be used on a variety of surfaces with its different brush attachments. Let us know your requirement and we will give you the correct package.


How does storm work?

The storm was built specifically to apply a consistent layer of cleaning or sanitising solution. Storm can be used as a cleaning applicator, which puts less strain on the user compared to consistent use of a spray bottle.

Is the storm a fogger?

No, Storm is considered a liquid applicator, and does not heat or vaporise a solution and therefore is safer to use than a fogging system. We do not advocate the use of foggers, hence why Storm is our go-to choice.

What can I use in the Storm?

Any cleaning product, sanitiser or disinfectant can be put through the storm. However, do not use Storm for any application of paint or thicker fluid.

What does Hygenex protect against?

Hygenex has been proven effective against bacteria and viruses, including SARS-CoV-2, which is the cause of COVID-19.

How many applications are required to ensure 6-month protection?

Just the one! A single application keeps your premises safe from harmful viruses for up to six months.

How easy is it to apply Hygenex?

Hygenex is really straightforward to use. Once applied, it’s touch dry within 15 minutes and ready for use in 3 hours.

The Stabilised Aqueous Ozone does not smell like regular cleaners.

Clean should not have a smell. The smell of lemon, fresh etc. in regular cleaning chemicals indicates the use of an additive to the chemical and these are harmful and can cause irritation.

Can the solution remove mould?

The Stabilised Aqueous Ozone kills mould. In order to remove dead spores, areas must then be scrubbed.

How do I check the efficiency of the ozone?

Stabilised Aqueous Ozone generated by our Lotus® Pro device has been tested by Third Party Laboratories as per Green Seal Standards GS37 and GS53.

What temperature of water must I use with the Lotus® Pro?

Cold water only.

Can chemicals be used with the water to enhance the ability of cleaning?

It is not recommended that any chemical be used with the Lotus® Pro solution. Chemicals will eliminate the ozone in the water and therefore defeats the purpose of using Stabilised Aqueous Ozone.

Where do I use Lotus® Pro?

Applications include carpets, stone, marble, ceramic, glass, mirrors, bathrooms, stainless steel & chrome, TVs, computer screens, appliances, white boards, hardwood and vinyl. It also deodorises and works well at removing salt residue in the winter.

Is Enviroshot expensive compared to traditional products?

No, in fact Enviroshot is as competitive as traditional products, if not cheaper. It offers a good mix between being sustainable and economic for professional use.
